Series 8 Temperature Controllers
A line of high-precision, cost-effective process, temperature and overtemperature controllers available in 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 DIN panel sizes.
Controllers
Runs recipe based control of vacuum heat treatment furnaces, combining temperature and vacuum loops, load thermocouples and NADCAP compliant data logging in one unit.
The 9220 is a versatile, feature rich and easy to use recipe controller designed specifically for vacuum heat treatment furnaces. It is built as a DIN rail mounted unit that communicates with a panel mounted touchscreen HMI.
The large full colour screen shows temperature, vacuum data, load thermocouples, the current recipe status and the time remaining in the running step. The controller is the command centre for control, I/O and redundant data logging of every process carried out on the equipment.
Data is logged continuously and an embedded chart recorder that meets NADCAP requirements lets operators enter load information, which can then be viewed on a networked SCADA PC.
