Opis
The AC50 is a single-loop atmosphere controller for thermal processing plant, supplied as a direct replacement for the SSi AC20 and for most other atmosphere controllers. It controls % carbon, dew point, probe millivolts and % oxygen, with oxygen autoranging between % O2, ppm, ppb and exponential display.
The high impedance input of more than 100 megohms suits zirconia oxygen probes, and three internal timers handle probe burn-off, duration and recovery, with automatic probe impedance testing supporting a predictive maintenance plan. Four relay outputs, two analogue outputs and five digital inputs are provided in the 1/4 DIN case, with Ethernet Modbus TCP or Modbus RTU RS485 communications and remote configuration from software.
