Matrix DR Stationary Data Recorder
Records process data on a paperless chart recorder with an easy to use interface and software, expandable to 80 fully isolated analogue inputs.
Temperature and process data loggers
Records furnace thermal profiles during temperature uniformity surveys and system accuracy tests and turns them into reports that address AMS 2750 and CQI-9.
The SDS is the tool of choice for temperature uniformity surveys (TUS) and system accuracy tests (SAT) on heat treatment furnaces that have to comply with CQI-9 and AMS 2750.
The SDS 8120 and SDS 8140 provide both the hardware and the software needed to meet those industry standards: survey data is logged on a colour touchscreen instrument in a rugged industrial enclosure, and the supplied Survey Template and Report Manager software turns the readings into finished uniformity reports. The report writer lets users build reports to their own requirements, and every report can be printed, saved electronically or e-mailed.
Running regular surveys yields data that points to problems with heating systems, seals, atmosphere circulation and thermocouples, so furnace throughput can be maximised and unplanned downtime reduced.
