SSi PGA 3510 Portable Four Gas Analyser (CO, CO2, CH4, H2)
Portable infrared analyser measuring CO, CO2, CH4 and hydrogen for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace atmospheres.
Analysers and meters
Portable infrared analyser measuring CO, CO2 and CH4 for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace and generator atmospheres.
The PGA3510 Portable Three Gas (CO, CO2, CH4) Gas Analyser is the ultimate tool for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace atmospheres, with capabilities beyond those of other infrared gas analysers on the market.
It is the only analyser that can measure CP%, O2%, Kn* and Kc* in a single unit, which makes it ideal for sites running endothermic gas generators as well as carburising, carbonitriding, nitriding and nitrocarburising furnaces.
Users working to CQI-9 can fulfil the daily generator and furnace atmosphere verification quickly and easily thanks to automatic data logging and tagging. Measuring carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide also reveals developing problems such as sooting, water leaks, air leaks and radiant tube cracks.
| CO (carbon monoxide) range | 0 - 100 % |
|---|---|
| CO2 (carbon dioxide) range | 0 - 2.0 % (optional 0 - 20.0 %) |
| CH4 (natural gas / methane) range | 0 - 100 % |
| Carbon potential range | 0.1 - 2.00 % |
| Sampling method | Extraction by internal pump |
