SSi PGA 3510 Portable Three Gas Analyser (CO, CO2, CH4)
Portable infrared analyser measuring CO, CO2 and CH4 for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace and generator atmospheres.
Analysers and meters
Portable low range dew point system for accurate and reliable verification of gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen and argon.
The DPL4000 Portable Low Range Dew Point system is used for accurate and reliable verification of gases using the latest in sensor technology. It is commonly used for the verification of hydrogen, nitrogen or argon dew point.
Quick disconnect fittings allow the system to be moved between several gas feed lines, and the fast response sensor technology shortens the time needed to obtain a reading.
The dew point measurement is based on a capacitive thin film polymer. Water molecules in the surrounding gas diffuse into the polymer layer through the permeable upper electrode, which changes the capacitance of the sensor.
| Dew point range | -80 to -30 °C (-112 to -22 °F) |
|---|---|
| Accuracy | +/- 1.3 °C (+/- 2.6 °F) |
| Operating temperature | -40 to 60 °C (-40 to 140 °F) |
| Pressure range | 0 to 725 psi |
| Analogue outputs | 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-1 V, 0-10 V |
| Alarm indication | Configurable |
| Sensor threads | NPT 1/2" |
| Sensor housing | IP65 - NEMA4 (AISI 316L) |
| Measuring principle | Capacitive thin film polymer sensor |
Applications
The probe measures and controls the carbon potential in controlled atmospheres, whatever the furnace design.
