Opis
SuperDATA is an HMI/SCADA package designed for the heat treat market only. It connects sensors and furnace instrumentation of all brands and types to a central server. PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones connected to that server give remote access to live data, trends, alarms and recorded values, so the shop floor and the quality department work from the same record.
The package combines a communications and data logging engine, a visualisation module and a trend display, together with alarm and event viewers, OPC client and server functionality and database integration. Logging intervals are user-defined down to one second, and a communications watchdog keeps the record continuous. Licensing is not tag-based, so the system scales across the plant without a growing licence bill.
SuperDATA supports the documentation and traceability required by AMS 2750 and CQI-9, which makes it suitable for aerospace and automotive suppliers. It also tracks asset utilisation with cost-per-load reporting, sends programmable e-mail and text alerts, and offers an integration point for ERP systems. Hundreds of installations cover thousands of furnaces worldwide.
