SSi PGA 3510 Portable Three Gas Analyser (CO, CO2, CH4)
Portable infrared analyser measuring CO, CO2 and CH4 for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace and generator atmospheres.
Analysers and meters
Single gas infrared sensor that continuously measures one furnace atmosphere gas in heat treatment applications.
The SSi SGA is an NDIR single gas analyser for monitoring CO, CO2, CH4 or H2 in the protective atmospheres used in heat treatment. Each unit is configured for one gas and delivers a precise, continuous measurement of the furnace atmosphere.
Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and methane are measured by non-dispersive infrared sensing, while hydrogen is measured by thermal conductivity. Onboard data logging, chart recording and simple field calibration of zero and span are standard, and the ammonia compatible design allows the analyser to be used on aggressive atmospheres.
