SSi PGA 3510 Portable Three Gas Analyser (CO, CO2, CH4)
Portable infrared analyser measuring CO, CO2 and CH4 for verifying, optimising and troubleshooting furnace and generator atmospheres.
Analysers and meters
Fixed multi-gas analyser that samples up to eight furnace zones from one sensor and continuously measures CO, CO2 and CH4.
The MZA6010 is a fixed multi-gas analyser designed to sample several zones or several furnaces with a single instrument. It continuously measures carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4) and, as an option, hydrogen (H2), and combines the readings with furnace temperature to calculate carbon potential (%C).
Up to eight zones are analysed from one sensor, each with its own communications, inputs and outputs. The system is quick to install and delivers the benefits of continuous gas analysis from multiple sources far more cost-effectively than fitting a separate analyser to every zone or furnace. A constant flow of atmosphere is maintained through the whole sampling system, which prevents soot and condensate from building up in the sample lines.
Continuous monitoring improves process repeatability and creates predictive maintenance parameters: alarms on deviating or rising CO, CO2 and CH4 values give advance warning of sooting, cracked radiant tubes and water or air leaks. A custom-engineered, air-conditioned cabinet version is available.
